I joined a 'basics' class at nighttime to be given a demonstration of how to prepare and cook mussels, snapper, squid and crab. The eating came soon enough. Wonderfully informative, if hectic, but entirely professional and great fun.

Great experience. The day begins with classroom instruction. It appears at first to be very formal, but that feeling quickly dissolves as the instructor begins. Her passion for cooking and wanting others to succeed shines through with detailed explanation of the handling and preparation of...More

Awesome! Great class with Scott Lusted from Bridge Room (one of my favourite restaurants in Sydney!) who showed us a prawn dish and a crab and artichoke dish. The amount of flavour in the prawn sauce is to die for....sooo good. Recipes were a bit...More

A great overall experience with Sydney seafood school cooking chilli and black pepper crab. Informative presentations, generous portions of food and plenty of laughs in the kitchen 👌

We had a blast! Took our team there for a cooking lesson with Lucio and everyone had a ball. Lots of laughs and the food we cooked was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Highly recommend. Great Day. Rounded off with a very handsome feed. Quite a few single people too, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
