Excellent tour! Jed was brilliant - funny, informative and just an all round good guy! Highlight for us was stroking a koala and feeding the wallabies! Great views from the Scenic Railway of the Three Sisters! A must see!

Aaron, our tour guide, was so friendly and funny and definitely made the experience memorable! So helpful and kind and very knowledgeable about where we were going and what we were doing. Very good at communicating with the people on our tour who didn't speak very good English aswell.

A great one day tour which was well organised and reasonably priced. Pick up was on time, Tony our driver was welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the day. The various activities weren’t rushed and we had adequate time to explore. Scenic world is amazing due to the scenery and the rides. If you are pondering, ponder no more and book!

Best part of the experience? Barry, the driver. Gave us lots of Australian background – people, places, driver training requirements, etc – as we climbed up the mountains. Also very funny, personable and considerate of people's needs – including saving the front seat for my 87-yr. old mum. And when he says be back at the bus on time, he means it. Rude, late or inconsiderate passengers will not be tolerated. We appreciated his professionalism as well as his uncanny ability to do a 3-point turn (to go pick up late passengers who went to the wrong pickup point) as well as parallel park the massive bus. Well done, Barry! Definitely the best way to enjoy all the Blue Mountains have to offer.

Stuck to a Blue Mountains tour with Feathervale included, as I had a great time there 10 years ago. Enjoyed the open enclosure with kangaroos, plus photo op with koala. Fortunately weather was fair at Blue Mountains, allowing us to take in the great views and Scenic World rides. Overall attractions were great, but the same could not be said about the guide/driver Barry.

At the start of the trip, he did advise us to be back on bus in time, or he may leave us behind. Though the advice was valid, I thought leaving participants behind was tad harsh, hence I thought he was joking.

During the 1hr lunch stop, my group took a bit of time to eat and for toilet break, and got back to bus around 5-10 minutes late. He tried to drive off when we were approaching the bus, which I shook off as a prank. But when he reprimanded us as we were hopping on, I thought it was distasteful as it felt like school teacher lecturing kids.

While I understand that there may be a schedule to follow, I feel that there should have been buffers factored in. All other tours that I've been on (within and outside Australia) had been more accommodating, with no such bad experiences. Hence I felt that he could have been more focused on getting off work on time than to ensure a comfortable experience for participants.

Not the best ambassador for Sydney, as it left a bad taste for the rest of our stay in Australia. Possibly the worst tour I've been on.

The very special weather created a unforgettable experience for our day trip to the Blue Mountains. Every part of the day went without a problem.

We’ve been on a blue maintains tour before with another operator, and found that to be a better experience overall. Our guide was more of a bus driver that seem to have much trouble operating the audio equipment, and dropping us off to tour on our own. Suggest going in a smaller group tour, vs a larger group operator.

This is, by far, the most convenient way to experience the Blue Mountains if you want the best bang for your buck! We first stopped by the Featherdale animal reserve. You will get to see quite a few indigenous animals. The middle part of the day is a great tour of the mountains with all of the best scenic stops. The last part of the trip is a boat ride back to the Sydney port near the opera house. The guide I had, Jed, was very knowledgeable and fun. In my opinion, it was an efficient use of time and a great experience.

Despite the rain this was a wonderful trip. Aaron was knowledgable and interesting. He was great fun too! Featherdale was fabulous and seeing all the animals close up made it a day to remember. Leura was quaint and we enjoyed wandering the shops. Scenic World was fun, the rides and rainforest were great despite the rain. Sadly, we couldn’t see the mountains or waterfall. The boat ride from Olympic park to Darling finished off an excellent day. We are so glad we did it!
