Catch a ferry from Sydney Harbour to Watsons Bay on a sunny day and laze on the sandy beach or swim. Lovely little town with lots of fish restaurants and bars, the hotels look good too. some nice coastal walks with great views

Drive slow on New South Head Rd or you'll miss the gorgeous views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Plenty of street parking to accommodate as well.

You can easily take a ferry or bus ride to Watson's Bay as this was one of my favorite spots on our recent visit to Sydney. The reason for this is the amazing view of The Gap seaside rock formation with the sound of waves crashing and seawater spraying it makes you wonder why this location has become a notorious... More

Watsons Bay is perhaps the closest location to heaven on earth. There are no suburbs to its north, south or east as it is a peninsula. As a result it has its own unique beauty will stop coming into Watsons Bay on old South head Road the vision to the writers the magnificent Pacific Ocean and on the left the... More

Catch the ferry to Watson's Bay from Circular Quay. Pick up some fish and chips to eat in the park, or go more upmarket at the trendy Watson's Bay hotel. There's nothing better on a sunny day!

On a nice day we ventured across to Watson's Bay on the ferry. Very pretty place and nice to walk around. Walked up to Hornby Lighthouse and enjoyed the views along the way.

The historic Watson's Bay is a off the beaten path GEM! We boarded the ferry which lasted about 35 minutes and we were dropped off right at the restaurant entrance near the beach. There's also a park if you wanted to have a picnic. This place is absolutely gorgeous!
