A main artery that changes as it traverses the city from the Rocks to Broadway. Unfortunately, it is still a construction zone which makes it difficult to appreciate the buildings and activities that surround it.

Without doubt Sydney's main street. Starting from Broadway at the southern end to circular quay at the north end. George Street will have something for everyone. Yes, it is for a good reason and will ultimately (hopefully) be worth it but it is a huge construction zone that disrupts your way around the city. Just getting to my nearby hotel meant the taxi added another 15 minutes going around in circles....More
