Got this cruise as a present for a birthday. Must be booked in advanced. Well organised. Three decks of dining with a live singer and backing musicians on each deck. Led to table for two. Excellent Food. Opportunity to go on top deck after main course to view Sydney by night. Very enjoyable evening.

We took the dinner cruise. We were greeted with champagne and served canapés on deck while enjoying the sunset and Sydney Harbour views. Dinner was tasty. My husband enjoyed the seafood very much. I had the seafood free option and enjoyed it as well. The band was good.

We took the 90 min Sidney Harbour cruise. The boat was fine and it was not too crowdy. It is a must tour when you are in town. You will see all the Sydney icons and it is really great for taking pictures. Highly recommended!

My husband and I live in Melbourne and just visited SYD for the first time in a number of years. When we were last in SYD we remembered our Capitan Cook Cruise as a thoroughly enjoyable, inexpensive way to see Sydney, so we decided to take one again! We did the 2 hour cruise, for us, the perfect way to... More

This was a very slow cruise- too slow. Very little interaction from staff, but the views were very very good. I got dropped off at a different point from where I started which I wasn't keen on. Great way to see the city, I just felt it was lacking detail on board.

Booked the morning coffee cruise, could not fault a thing! The cruise was brilliant - the hostess was great and not too over the top with the information telling! We was lucky as we had a perfect weather - and the added bonus of seeing the dolphins which followed our cruise! Perfect! I would choose to book again......

We asked for tickets to the afternoon cruise, when i got the tickets they did not include afternoon tea. I asked to rebook tickets for the afternoon tea package and when we got on the boat there was only a coffee/tea and a packet of Anzac Biscuits. There was another package with afternoon tea. no-one mentioned it or tried to... More

We elected to reserve a window table for 2 and would highly recommend doing this. The food was surprisingly good. I've done these types of cruises before and the food is average at best. But I would say this was above average. The views of the Harbour Bridge, the Opera House and local landscape were beautiful. Of course, you can't... More

My company chartered a harbour cruise for our Christmas party on a Friday night. The boat had three levels including dinding room, dance floor and bar and outside seating and viewing area. Food which was buffet style was ok for this type of event. I think there are various options for food and drink depending on budget. Music was good... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
