When we entered the Paddy’s Market, it is as if we were in another country. There were many customers looking for goods. There were many vendors and all their wares were quite cheap. They sold clothing, toys, jewelry, fruits and vegetables, massage and electronics. The...More

We had fun wandering through the market which was similar to Queen Victoria's Market. We had fun wandering and would recommend a visit. The vending booths are closer than Queen Victoria, but still comfortable. It has all the things you just can't live without and...More

Great bargains to grab to bring back home, but the only downside was the massage stall that I walked by. I guess you just have to be aware that the people who work on this stall are very good at getting money out of you,...More

It contains many small shops and stalls where you can pick up some bargains. Looking for presents to take home this is a good place to start.

We were quite disappointed with Paddy's market. Although there were hundreds of stalls they all sold pretty much the same cheap tacky and fake stuff. If you want a cheap mobile phone case there are thousands on sale. Big price variations between stalls so walk...More

Huge ground floor level of tacky cheap tourist souvenirs and fake merchandise. There's also a fruit and vegetable market. Upstairs is a shopping mall and food court. Worth a brief visit near Chinatown and Darling Harbour.

I visited these markets years ago and was a little disappointed that it appeared not to have been modernised. I'd say it would be good for overseas visitors as there were a lot of souvineer shops, however I walked out empty handed. If you were...More
