Queen Street, Woollahra is lines with fashionable teraces and small elegant boutique shops selling mostly upmarket cloths and everyday items. It has a great toy store and some trendy eating places. Just browsing builds up a thirst so coffee is a must at one of the many outlets. Green and organic is the order here. This is a winderful tree... More

Queen Street is a main road in the inner suburb of Woollahra, just beyond Paddington. Woollahra is an affluent residential suburb with tree-lined streets of colonial era and early 20th century houses. The photo posted is of Queen Victoria Building pop Hilton Hotel, George st. In itself, a not to be missed retail experience in central Sydney. Queen St, (Same Queen, sigh)Woollahra and Paddington a short bus ride up Oxford St and a separate precinct in a top end suburb - pricey end of town but very pleasant to wander around its... More

A beautiful old street in the near eastern suburbs, Woollahra and Paddington, that ahs a mixture of stately homes, restaurants, design stores and antique stores.
