A cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk extends for six km in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The walk features stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. The beaches and parks offer a place to rest, swim or a chance to eat at one of the cafes, hotels, restaurants or takeaways. All beaches offer picnic shelters, electric barbecues, play areas, kiosks, toilets and change-rooms. The walk is not difficult, there are medium gradient paths and several staircases with occasional seating. It takes about two hours to complete the Bondi to Coogee Beach section of the walk and another hour and a half if you choose to continue to Maroubra.

Having lived in Clovelly for many years, this walk is something locals and tourists alike love and use on a daily basis (even if a little rainy!)... Make sure you stop off in Tamarama, Bronte or Clovelly for a juice or coffee on the way to Coogee - plenty of places to refresh yourselves along the way as far as... More

One of the best coastal, beach walks you are going to do. Scenery and views are amazing and the beaches are vastly different.

Best coastal walk - a lovely way to spend a morning walking, and wonderful options at either end for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

A lovely walk on a sunny day, especially during the Sculpture by the Sea festival. If you are lucky you may see a pod of dolphins cavorting in the sea.

This is a gorgeous coastal walk which takes you past Tamarama, Bronte and Clovelly. You can stop at Bronte for a great meal along the way. This is a very popular walk with tourists and locals. There are some stairs involved. There are a few playgrounds along this route.

I have completed this walk many times in my life - have not been there for quite awhile. My father and I walked it from when I was about 7 years old for years, quite often once a month. We lived close by. When I was around 12 I started walking with friends or on my own. The walk has... More

The walk is absolutely fantastic and you can make a day of it as you are walking through some of the loveliest beaches around Sydney! All have swimming area and toilets as well as food and other facilities. You can take a picnic but for the length of the walk I would recommend just have something on the way or... More

We lived in Clovelly and 4 times a week we did this beautiful walk for nearly 3 years. It is so refreshing to walk alongside the sea and smell the beautiful fresh salt air on our walks we saw Dolphins, whales and also the Beautiful sculptures by the Sea, which is held every year with sculptures and fantastic artistic creations.... The Bondi to Coogee coastal path is a great way to enjoy the scenery and get fit. Go with friends or jog along it to take in the amazing vista which can be a challenging yet rewarding 6km. On a summer's day, go early in the morning or later in the evening but dress according to weather conditions and take... More

Enjoyable walk of around 6km. We did Coogee to Bondi to avoid the parking issues, stopped for a nice bite to eat, then did the return trip
