All the locals advise to take this walk in reverse. Due to Sculptures By The Sea (free, nice extra) the Bondi side of this walk is a bit crowded, and it's nicer to have that at the end.

This beach is a short train ride (20 minutes) from downtown Sydney (Townhall Train Stop) and is spectacular. Lots of beautiful people surfing and tanning and just enjoying life. Some of the ladies may elect to exclude the top portion of their swim suit so...More

This was the first time doing the coast walk from Coogee to Bondi and what a great walk. The sculptures by the sea was also on so there was so much to look at. There are a few drinks and toilet places on the way...More

Wonderful walk - it was busy when we went there because of the exhibition sculptur by the sea! I would recommend to start in Bondi and end in cogee because in cogee there is a great burger place called MO’s gourmet burger

This walk is one of my favourites because it is always changing. The beaches you stop at and the cliffs you walk near and around give you some amazing views. It's also a good walk done alone or with others. Stop off along the way...More

This is such an amazing walk! The views are extraordinary! Average fitness level is probably best for this walk but there are lots of points to stop and start from if a shorter walk is wanted. We even sat and watched whales swim by which...More

It is not the beach that beckons, but the walk from one beach to another beach that is truly breathtaking. Walk either from Tamarama Beach to Bondi Beach or vice versa. From Bondi Junction train station, take 361 to Tamarama and go on the coastal...More

The train does not go all the way to the beach and it is quite a distance to walk there from the station. There are buses from the city or from Bondi Junction train station. From Bondi Junction take buses 333, 380, 381... More

There are many walking paths in Sydney, all completely free! If you have a few days in Sydney and like walking, go to Manly Beach and the Blue Mountains as well.
