This is a really great way to see Sydney from the river and get to Manly. We went on a Sunday and with the Opal cards the fee is capped at $2.50

The ride is about 30 mins. The ferry is much bigger than the one to Taronga Zoo. It is not too crowded in July. U can choose to stay in the head or tail of vessel (less windly & less cold) during the winter. U...More

Regular trips to and from Manly, runs on time and efficient, with great views along the way. Good value trip even if not stopping long in Manly.

A ferry trip to Manly provided a marvellous surprise as the captain called out 'there are whales on our right' He then steered the ferry closer to the whales so we could enjoy the display..

It's not usually required, most restaurants will not even include the line in your voucher. In more posh restaurants I left 10% tip.
