Our ferry trip to Manly was a great harbor tour, including lunch at the Manly Ferry Terminal and then a trip to the National Park for a lovely, windy walk. There were local buses to take you to and from the park at the ferry terminal. The walk was fabulous, a rather wild windy day but gorgeous views and a... More

I love the beach so much. We took the pizza near the seashore and saw people walking along the pavement. We jumped over the waves again and again. It was more than I expected. I hoped that I could stay longer but had to rush back to Darling Harbour for a dinner. It was really the best beach that I... More

Nice, scenic, speedy ride to Manly. Boarding and exit were speedy. Ferry was clean. A bit confusing as to where to buy tickets, even one counter where the staff wore ferry uniforms only sold zoo tickets, but once redirected it was quick and easy.

A visit to Manly is a must a great surfing beach, good shops and restaurants and the ferry is a regular service on which you can use your Opal card. Then on return to Sydney you get the most fantastic photo opportunity with the bridge and the opera house possibly in one shot.

Excellent way to see the sights from the water and Manly is very lovely. It is non stop. Manly is touristy with plenty places for food and drink. Beaches are lovely and markets on weekends.

Catching a ferry is the best value way to enjoy beautiful Sydney Harbour, and the Many ferry is a good way to do it. But if it is the harbour you want to see, go to Cockatoo Island instead. The ferry trip is just as long, and while the round trip is great it is free to get off and... More

Manly ferry connects from sydney circular quay to Manly. The ferry goes very close to open waters and its a fun to see the ocean waves splash against the ferry. It can be windy and cold during winters. But the cabins are heated and well maintained. Ferry has a capacity of about 600 passengers per vessel and operate at 30... More

Before moving to Australia I used to come to Sydney for business at least once a year. My favorite things to do? Take the ferry from Circular Key and have a leisurely crossing to manly. I walked the main street looking at the shops, walked the promenade along the beach, and then settled in for some fabulous fish and chips.... More
