Came across their leaflet in the Byron Bay Information Office, and glad we did. Called in advance to book a tour but was politely told - just turn up. Finding a koala in the canopy of a eucalyptus tree could be easier than finding this...More

Ww showed up with no reservation but in time for the tour. We very warmly welcomed, the lady (manager) did the "tour" and explained heaps of info about the koalas. Luckily we and no visitor is allowed to touch the animals - they are still...More

We had a great time learning about koalas in the local area and things that threaten their habitat and survivals. We got to see some cute koalas who were in care. Very realistic
