Want to do some bush exploring? Then this is a great little trip. Just 20 minutes out of Orange. Pretty cool dark caves to check out, definitely take a torch with you so you can explore the caves safely 🔦 and wear decent shoes 👟

We did the 7km return walk from picnic area to Verandah Cave via the Boree Creek Trail. Mostly flat and pretty with a steep climb and descend around a large rock formation just before the Cave. We spent about 1/2 hour at the Cave exploring,...More

The park is about 2km of dirt road off the tar seal that’s not very wide if oncoming cars to pass. The two walks are easy and nice picnic facilities. Caves are ok and free. Take a touch and lots of water.

Great spot to spend the day. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the scenery. Caves are great fun to explore - but bring a torch for some parts! Great walking tracks. Basic toilet facilities in the parking area.

If you like a little bit of walking and a little bit of adventure, strap your shoes on, grab a torch and take the short drive from Orange to visit these caves. It's a fun little adventure.

We popped in to the Borenore reserve to go to the overhang cave, we didn't realise there would be a part to walk thru to go around the ring track or we would have brought our torch. It was a lovely walk and our 3.4dd...More
