Nice pub, if a tad quirky with a few doors leading to small snugs. Bit of a locals place kind of feel. Doesn't do food, but has a good variety of drinks available for those who like real ales.

I've not been for quite a while but it was surprisingly and refreshingly still a nice place, beer was good, service with a smile and a bit of banter.

We stumbled upon this cosy, friendly pub 4 years ago, and have been regulars ever since. Family orientated, welcoming staff, excellent ales and great company make it a home from home. This is a traditional pub of which there are not many left remaining.
