Amazing location, lots to see, good for kids because no need to read to enjoy.

If you have kids that can’t walk well will be a bit harder as strollers aren’t great on paths and can’t go in the caves. I recommend a carrier but even that might be a challenge.

Some caves have low ceilings, so be careful of your head and wear shoes with good grips

We've visited this wonderful historical place privetly (without guide) by car. The whole territory kept in good order with necessary descriptions in Hebrew and English. Bell Caves space looks fantastic and easy accessable. Tsidonim Cave may have less accessable but is very interesting and worth visit.

Big park with different points of interest.
My wife and I came here to see local caves, but it was interesting to see other places here as well.
The main thing is to correctly estimate the time needed to view everything interesting here. At least 2-3 hours.

So fantastic. Hands on experience finding shards of pottery, carbon and bones. Learned about underground caves and water cisterns designed & inhabited over 2000 years ago. Exciting & educational. Beautiful setting.

This is a pleasant and highly recommended national park south west of Jerusalem. It contains a large network of caves and the remains of the historical town Maresha. The park covers a large area with many achaeological excavations, caves, gardens and look out posts. The various sites are mostly close to parking areas. There are also hiking trails so the sites are reachable by foot, too. Bring water and good walking shoes.

This is a Heritage site, inscribed as a “microcosm of caves”. There are several distinct areas inside the park that are connected by walking paths but are more efficiently reachable by navigating the main circular drive. My slight downgrade in the rating is due to my own fault of getting to Bet Guvrin with less than two hours to spare in the afternoon, coupled with the park management practices of restricting access way ahead of the closure. The main circular drive will be blocked at the entry point an hour before the closing time, and its one-way nature on the starting stretch may mean that you cannot drive through to some areas even when you are inside the park and seemingly should have another 45-50 minutes to enjoy it. It goes without saying that you have paid the full entry fee by then. Nonethess, the park itself is great. Among the attractions of the site, the Bell Caves are very impressive, the Apollophanaes Sidonean Cave is amazingly decorated, and a number of Columbariums in other areas are worth visiting as well.

A real gem. Archeological treasures everywhere you turn. The caves are fantastic, the views are beautiful. The caves are not for little kids, <6 or so, or if you are unsteady on your feet because there are many uneven steps. It was hot for hiking but you could hike a little and then duck into a deliciously cool cave. By sheer chance there was an art exhibit in the Bell caves Gallery cave that was so organic with the space. A delightful surprise.

A group of limestone bell caves, well maintained, beautiful to look at and explore. All c-19 compliant, when we were there. A very nice 3 hour visit on a cool day. Not to be done in the summer.
