My guide was Sam and he showed me round their spice and herb garden and you get a cup of tea, then the sales pitch starts with a sheet of paper telling you what the herbs are good for curing, he'll then tell you the dosage before taking to the bottle room where you can pay a few quid for... More

perhaps it just works for me. we were there in Dec 2016 and paid $320 for 4 smallest size oils, cream and drink - not cheap in any country and probably very expensive in LK. and we're shocked how they all work so well on my family. I would recommend you to try it because it works - even if... More

I had a very enjoyable hour on an escorted tour around the garden interspersed with a demonstration of what herbs and spices can do. Fascinating stuff although I made sure not to buy anything from their shop. Had some spice tea and chilled out.

Although the walk through the garden is one that I was looking forward to, most plants were out of season. One of the staff members took over as tour guide. Each plant we saw at the garden was explained through medicinal use terminology with an accompanying pamphlet with the list of ayurvedic "medication" available at the "pharmacy". Expect jaw dropping... More

This is a super con scheme. The guide took us around showing that they all use all organic and natural stuff, but the real plantations and factory are in another section which we are not allowed to go. The prices of their products were 8-10 times higher than similar products that you can get in a super market. The coconut... More

We were taken to that place by our tour driver. There was nothing new. Everything is available in and around the world. We wanted to buy only 2 items but they forced us to buy 4 items. The person was too pushy. I asked the contact no. of the person who explained. He gave us a number which is not... More

Though the spice garden has a good collection of herbs & spices; AVOID their store at all costs. It is a complete con job and the prices are just crazy. The staff will persuade you to avoid cheaper items (like AloeVera cream) and push you to buy the Rs 5500 Aloe Gel. A superficial discount is given at the end.... More

This herb garden was a hidden treasure! After sightseeing and being in the sun all day, this herb garden was a shaded stroll with very interesting herds and great tasting tea. The tour guide was a wealth of information! I even had the opportunity to purchase holistic items. I really enjoyed the visit!

A complete con job where you are guided by a "doctor" who points out whatever health issues you may have and convinces you to buy products for exorbitant prices. Being sold as completely natural products, we ended up spending a lot of money here. They don't work. Was sold coconut oil stating grey hair would go but the oil had... More
