Appreciate the history in this protected church . On our passage to Antique we went out of our way to visit and ask for silent blessings. Worth taking photos. Similar to the one in Laoag , Ilocos Norte.

What I like about this church is that the facade feels Filipino. There are palm trees and papaya trees. Built in 1787, it was damaged in an earthquake in 1948. I am proud to say that my grand uncle was instrumental in having it restored....More

Majectic historical airconditioned church! It's a jeepney ride away from Iloilo City. There's a busy park in front the church where you can observe families and friends loiter while the mass is ongoing.
