We reached here after a lovely drive from Dawki, around 2 pm. After eating rice, chicken curry at the local Shack, we bought our tickets and headed to see the living root bridge. Needless to say, it was simply awesome. We climbed down and sat by the stream , dipping our legs in the water for over an hour. Just... More

Mawlynnong is a small village surrounded by lush green beauty. It's a cleanest place in Asia. You are amazed to see how these villagers keep village so clean through their self sustained means.Beautyful small houses having flowers and greenery all around. Near the village there is living root bridge which is a sight to see. One has to go down... More

We stayed in for a night, and enjoyed every bit of it… spent the day in the tree house and night indoors. Our reliable Cab driver from Shillong, Mr. Shankar Kuri (+919856080770) insisted that we must visit the waterfall on our way to Dawki. On those... More

What a place to be - absolutely stunning. You feel one with nature here and the sounds of birds chirping, the winds gushing in through the thick foliage is mesmerizing.
