It was a 40 min boat trip which started with an introduction and safety rules. The boat also had entertainment sound system which played few Bollywood/ local regional music. The guide was quite funny and keep on affirming the response from the people on board.

We booked for naukavihar online. It was 10 am slot. We waited for one hour for pick up van. At last, we were informed that due to technical issue, boating is cancelled and we can collect our refund. As we paid online, we were asked to lodge a complaint online. I talked to customer care, they took my details and promised the refund in 7-15 working days. After few days, I called customer care team and they gave me Boating Owner (Naresh Rathwa)'s contact and asked me to contact him for refund. Since then I am following up with Naresh without any proper feedback. It has been more than a month and not received refund yet. Nareshbhai is happy as our money is with him. His simple reply is refund under process. This is how we are taken for granted as our money is with him. When you pay for tickets online, it takes seconds only to get your money deducted but for refund it takes centuries.......

Excellent naukatrip. Very enjoyable and memorable. It is a must for visitors to Sardar Patel statue. We are at lake no 4. Water is deep and surrounding hills are green and whole look is breadth taking. Its natural marvel where little innovative mind human being have created this marvel.

It is a 45 minute boating ride, with Bollywood songs played in the background.
It is covered and adequate shade. But, if you are travelling in day time, sit at the center, as in the corners are hot.
It covers a round trip for the nearby place, covering mountains. Very scenic and photogenic.
Only problem i felt is that the travel arrangement to reach the boating place is very tiring. The free car taking you from statue to this place comes after every 45 mins. They should look at increasing the frequency of this car.
Also, the entry should not be time based. It should be first come first serve basis. You can develop some sitting arrangements there, and let people wait in the boating site, instead of waiting at the statute.

The boat ride across Panchmooli lake is amazing....The guide(Dilip) provided valuable information... atmosphere is also pleasant due to rainy season. ...music is also adding to the charm of the boat ride.... Don't miss this attraction.
