Taking the plunge and learning to ride at the ripe old age of 50+ is daunting but the staff at Wildwoods have been encouraging; they are friendly, supportive and brilliant teachers. Come rain or shine, this is an excellent school!

If your looking for a friendly adaptive / progressive riding school, please do not waste your time or money here. There facilities are limited to 2 out door schools, a jump school and a cross country field. There are no in doors schooling facilities. The...More

This is a step fast riding school, there are no in door riding facility so be prepared and make sure you have wet weather gear, after all horses are an out door sport.

We regularly have riding lessons here. Quality of teaching, animals, care, welcome, setting are all very high. A good find; highly recommended.

I used wildwoods to have a refresher lesson on XC before I took my own horse out. Their horses are beautifully schooled and so much fun. They also offer hacks accross the downs which must be fantastic. I would definitely recommend Wildwoods
