A lovely course in a beautiful setting and fantastic value.
Yes - the buggies maybe need an upgrade and there are some unkempt areas between holes, but we have played lots of courses in Spain and Portugal at twice the price and this knocks spots off them all.
If you are in the area play it - you won't find a better course at this price anywhere!

We enjoyed every minute playing in this beautiful and challenging course that had big greens, a lot of elevation and challenging rough. I suggest hiring a buggy.

Stay and play package with the hotel was a good choice, because it was a good value for money and the club is quite far away in the countryside (30 minutes and 40€ minibus taxi drive from Krakow).

Very good golf course. Landscape is amazing. Greens are fast and challenging, fairway quite wide and long. Very funny playing!

I can only concur with the former reviewer that it is a good idea to hire a buggy. The course is long and very hilly. Nice place to spend the day, and we had two of them in a windy and cold Easter. Friendly service and the place was not busy at all. Green fee is for 5 hours. Food in the restaurant was quite good as well.

My mate and I went with our partners for the day to Krakow Valley G&CC. Fairly easy to get to by public transport. 32 zloty per person return from Krakow Glowny to Krzeszowice by train, then a small walk to the taxi rank in Krzeszowice for a 36 zloty taxi ride up to the golf course. On the Monday, the price per round of 18 holes for 2 players, including Wilson clubs and a golf buggy was 305 zloty each. The course is very long and well presented with VERY testing greens, and we thought the inward 9 is much harder. It is a fairly undulating course and would definitely recommend a buggy. There are also a fair distance between some of the holes. Back in the lovely large modern clubhouse with the golf widows, all 4 of us enjoyed excellent main course meals and a few drinks, all at very reasonable prices. Pleasant staff, and a lovely isolated setting away from it all. Highly recommended.

Nice course, walkable, but for some maybe a bit challenging. 30 minutes from Krakow, 1 bour from Katowice. It is hilly, not to steep but goes up and down all the time. Wide fairways, lots of bunkers and wind. Sometimes quite some distance between holes, but you really feel you are out at the countryside. Clubhouse is dark, but the food is really good, did not expect that. Lockerrooms, showers, all there, bit outdated, but hey, you go here to play golf.

We have gone to Krakow Valley Golf club for a business event - some golf first steps and a grill. Facilities are top notch, everything is well prepared, cared for, clean and professional. Food was excellent which all made it a great place for a friends/business visit. Would definitely recommend for those who'd like to learn to play golf or just enjoy some amateur games on the green and eat/drink.

I visited KVG&CC primarily for the shooting range but while there had a look around and dealt with/talked to a number of staff.

The hotel and golf staff were friendly and helpful and the setting (the hotel etc) is stunning.

A little bit out of the way, but the taxi costs from Krakow city centre were very reasonable.

My review is really about the on-site shooting/firing range. Now although they did have a wide choice of guns on offer - and I'm sure they would cater for groups (stags etc) - I would really recommend it to people with previous firearms experience.

You can - if you're a local - turn up with your own weapons and ammo and hire a lane but you can also hire guns and purchase rounds. Which is what my friend and I did.

The shooting range staff were excellent in every way. Friendly, professional, helpful and their English was very good.

They checked we knew what we were doing and only after watching us for a while left us to it, watching us from reception from behind a protective glass screen.

I have no doubt that if you're a novice they wouldn't leave you alone and would intensively instruct.

A little out of the way, but cheap to get to. Great facilities and good people. Recommended.
