Be prepared to put on gear such as overalls, gloves, and hard hat with light. Involved crawling on hands and knees. There are some rather tight spaces.

Hope you had a good and sporty trip :-) We supply overall, helmet and headlight, and ask participants to bring their own, good footwear.

I went to Setergrotta with a group of friends. It was off season so we had to call to the phone number on their website to book a tour. If you don't have much experience in caves this is a great one to start with....More
