    Okay at Best.
It was okay at best. 3/5 Will not let you use your cell phones because they want to make more money taking their own pictures of you that they try to sell for $60-$80 (for all) or $10 (for one) picture. The ATV ride to the CENOTES was actually really fun. I wouldn’t waste money on the horse back riding since they held on to and lead the horses instead of us actually getting to ride unescorted. The zip lines were very short in duration (not like the long ones through the jungle).

    My First Cenote
Nice Cenote, not crowded (at one point we were the only people down there for about 45 minutes), it was a little Dark and Cave Like, but the Water was Clear and Very Refreshing on a Hot Day. We Only did (1) Cenote, but They offer other things like: ATV, Zip Line, Horse Back Riding, and a Second Cenote. All and All Nice Place to Visit, but I am sure there are other Cenotes much better, but We had a Good Time.

Don’t do it if you are a photographer
This was a fun tour of 2 beautiful cenotes! I had booked this tour as it says “bring your camera” but when we arrived, Crispy Bacon said no phones no cameras no nothing to take photos. This was very disappointing as I had booked this to take my own photos. The only reason this review has 3 stars is because of Crispy Bacon. Everyone else was quiet, barely said a word and begged for tips. If they were honest and let me bring my camera it would have 4 stars. Other than that it was a great experience. They have their own photographer (looked like a 13 year old) and try to get you to buy images after. They slightly skimped out on the included food with one small fajita. Crispy Bacon (the main tour guide) was great and included everyone in on the fun. If you are a photographer, choose a different tour.

Swimming, hiking, nature and good food.
Beautiful, refreshing, peaceful. If I could only pick three words those are what I would use. Fresh water pools with adorable tiny fish where you can swim and enjoy the jungle. Gravel paths so bring good shoes, towels and plenty of hydration. Booked thru Living Dreams Mexico who provided a driver that doubled as our guide. His knowledge of the area was really helpful.

    Best Customer Service
This cenote was amazing. Prices are reasonable and we booked directly through them back in July 2023 for me and my son to go on a previous trip to Mexico (we come to this area every 6 months or so). My son got sick with an ear infection the morning of the trip and we couldn’t go. They canceled and left our trip pending until we came back in Feb 2024! They kept in consistent communication and it was very smooth. The customer service was just something you don’t really see now-a-days. Great experience and great time, we recommend. We did zip lines, ATV tour and two cenotes. They take your photos but no pressure to buy at the end. Great service and the cenote was not that busy we were there about 9-2.

The first cenote was very good, a cave you drop down into. The zip line, second cenote and ATV ride were "OK". WARNING - their pre-activity release form requests your email address, I naively provided this. This was the only tine I provided this on our vacation. Since that time I have had an endless string of scam invoice emails asking me to call various numbers for payment. Fortunately no CC charges, this is a fishing fraud. Appears someone at this site is selling these off to the scammers.

The water was COLD! But it was beautiful. Lots to do and see in this area as well, I would recommend it to others.

We booked a ATV adventure at Kin-Ha Cenote with our teenagers. Parts of our morning was fun, but we felt there were many things that the organisers got very wrong. First of all, our group was huge. There were over 20 people booked in for the same tour. (While the next tour after us only had 4 people!) As a result, all activities were rushes. We felt like we joined a boot camp. After a very hushed welcome and induction, we were rushed off to do the zip lining. Which would have been great, if were not told constantly to go walk faster, so others can do it too... After the 3 zip line circuit, we had 40 minutes to get changed and have a quick swim in the sink hole. After swimming we were marched onto the ATV. When we booked the activity, we were told our 15yr old will be able to drive, as we signed a disclaimer. However, the man who run the activity, simply said NO. And that was just that. Regardless, we had fun driving through the jungle. And Flora Blanca cenote is truly stunning. Visiting it was the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, we only had 20 minutes to spend there. Which was a shame as it is much prettier than Kin-Ha, and it also has better facilities: various diving platforms and a zip line over the sink hole. The drive back and the lunch at Kin-Ha was rushed again. So, if you're after a relaxing activity perhaps look at a different provider....
However, what upset us the most was that we were NOT allowed to take photographs. Because, the organisers wanted to make more money by selling the photos they took. The problem with this was, their photos were rubbish. All of ours were out off focus, or we were looking away from the camera. So, we ended up without any photos of our visit to this cenote.
One of the families purchased their photos for 60$. Then complained as the quality was bad and most of the photos weren't even of them, but another group....

My sister, my boyfriend and I visited these cenotes aswell as the quading and zip lining. We enjoyed the entire experience but the staff made it INCREDIBLE. They were helpful, welcoming, and had a GREAT sense of humour. They took stunning photos but they were a little bit out of our budget, but if you are willing to pay the extra dollar then definitely worth the coin. Aswell as these are 100% natural cenotes unlike some of the other popular cenotes. I highly suggest to support THIS company as none of it is man made aswell as the story line behind their cenotes really changes the perspective. They suprised us with TACO TIME!!! (My favourite part, devoured very fast🤣🤣) As someone who has travelled to Mexico before and visited the Cenotes Azul this was BY FAR a way cooler experience. THANK YOU KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!

We actually did the tour with 2 cenotes. Very good, the one off-site was a beautiful location, and conote Kin Ha itself was quite an eerie experience. Friendly people and we had a nice meal after
