This place is magical, you hear only the sound of the birds, in the middle of the jungle.
The best thing is that it is a place that you can enjoy without so much crowding of people.
The staff, everyone! They were extremely friendly and attentive to everything we needed.
And the ATV activity was super fun, they came to us on new trails and with great care for our safety.
I will definitely return more times.

This was a fun and inexpensive cenote. At first glance the water doesn’t seem very nice. The clarity is nothing like the others... that being said we had the place to ourselves and had a blast. Played in zip lines, dove from platform, and had a snooze in a hammock. Staff were great.

I have visited some cenotes along Belice and Mexico and this one seemed to be fake; there was no water flood at all and the edges of the sinkhole were uneven. Maybe they created it with dinamyte?

We loved this "private" cenote. We arrived with only 4 other people there (two different parties of two people). Soon after our arrival they both left. Talking to them they all enjoyed their late morning early afternoon there. It was me, my husband, my sister, and brother in-law. The nice man showed us around and explained the history of Cenotes and the area we were in. He walked us through the whole park showing us, the picnic area, zip line, diving platform, hamocks, rest rooms, changing rooms, and benches through. He was very helpful and fun to talk to. He knew all about the trees and forest surrounding us. We had the afternoon to ourselves swimming and relaxing. The water was warm and air was hot! Someone in town recommended this cenote and we're glad we followed his advice. Totally worth the drive on the bumpy road (that seemed like it might dead end) for a wonderful afternoon. I was 8 months pregnant during this trip and survived the bumpy road just fine. The swim was amazing!

This cenote is well equipped so you can spend a day here if you like. It is about 3 km off the Ruta de los Cenotes along a crushed rock and bedrock track. This is easily passable in a standard car that’s not too low slung. However, I would suggest a 4x4 or SUV may be more suited if it has been or is expected to be wet.
The cenote itself is immaculately kept and the owner/operator takes pride in his work. All dangerous plant/tree species adjacent to the paths are numbered to inform you. There are covered picnic benches, Yucatan hammocks, a large covered dining area, changing rooms, BBQ pit and flushing toilets. All in excellent condition.
The water is warm unlike a lot of Centotes. Cenotes are actually openings (sink holes) into underground rivers and not lakes or ponds. Because this one is cylindrical and only open at the bottom, 17 m down the water at the top doesn't move much. It is green with algae and the water temperature descends as it goes down. The top feels like a very warm bath. Due to this snorkelling is pointless. There are fish, Garra fish, the ones used in fish spas. They do come and have a nibble if you sit still long enough so you get a free exfoliation and the fish eat the mosquitoes so there aren't any of these on the water.
There are also 2 diving platforms and zip lines into the water. These are well kept and I considered them safe. There is nothing to fall on when diving due to the depth so I was happy to.
Please remember biodegradable mosquito repellent for whilst out the water. This is in the jungle so there are mosquitoes and more the further you move from the water. Also biodegradable sun cream. If its not biodegradable you'll leave a nice oily film on the water when you dive in which wont go away. Its also a requirement of the Cenote and government for environmental reasons.

We set off on an adventure day on Ruta de la Cenotes....wish we had planned better and filled the car up with gas and packed a lunch. We didn't have any destination in mind, just decided to turn in here. It's a bumpy road on the way in, which took about 15 minutes, but that added to the fun adventure spirit of the day. When we arrived we were the only visitors there. Our 3 teenagers had a blast with the zip lines, and so did we. The owner was a really nice man, who gave us a lot of history on the area and was willing to answer all of our questions. To me, that's half the fun of visiting a place - getting to know the people and having some laughs with them.

The cenote is pretty, but you have to wait in line for your chance to jump into the very cold water. It's not a large pool, so you can't stay in long. You spend most of your time changing and waiting in line so that you can say you swam there.

I loved every minute of it! the Ride to go to the activity is a bit long , I had a bit too much to drink the evening before so I was green by the time I was there, almost got sick (but that's my fault), when I was on site, all you see is pure beauty everywhere, the surroundings are magical (Mystical) . I would recommend this to anyone !

The title of the place suggests it is just a cenotes but they have ATVs and a small zipline course with a 7 run circuit. My wife wanted to zipline but my teenage daughter was concerned but interested in trying. We did not want to go to a tourist trap or an amusement park with huge Rollercoaster type line for height and speed. We happened along this park while driving to check out the more touristy places in the area. If you want speed or height on the zipline then go somewhere else. If you want a more one-to-one experience with runs in a jungle setting for a first time zipline, this is a great place.
The ATVs are for the most part on a wide, winding, bumpy road. We came the morning after it had rained and the road was filled with puddles that we were enjoying. There is a small winding section through the jungle that isn't much wider than the ATV. I'm and experienced ATV and snowmobile driver but my wife was driving my teenage daughter and she wasn't an experienced driver. Again this is a great experience for a first time driver. The puddles were fun for all of us. You can easily go at your own pace, the road is wide and easy to navigate, very non-threatening for a beginner but don't expect 30 min in the jungle or an adrenaline rush. FYI - Double riders are tandem, they don't have 2 seaters (side by sides).
The cenotes is more like a pond. There are much better, underground cenotes like Zapotoe Cenotes nearby. If you want a thrill, the pond has 2 zip lines with a 6' - 10' drop and a rope bridge. This is for the thrill seekers in the group. There is a beautiful hut adjacent to the pond with table and chairs to relax and eat while others swim. I have a bad leg making walking difficult but the path to the cenotes and hut is a bit up and down but managable.

I did not expect an above ground cenote - but it was amazingly beautiful, with refreshing water, beautifully tended site, with sensitivity to the environment, and a very proud and helpful owner present on site. I highly recommend a visit. It was almost empty the day we visited.

We are going to stay at the Riu Lupita in Playa del Carmen. I was wondering if someone could tell me about how many mins it takes to get to the zoo from there? When we have gone in the past we took shuttles all over I can't remember what they are called. There was another name but I can't remember it. Much cheaper than taxis. Is this a place where we would spend the full day? Has anyone been to XCaret, how does the zoo experience compare. I love monkeys and am really intrigued by the photos. Thanks for your help.
