Tarmac soon ends as you climb passed houses into the woods above town. Keep a close eye on the yellow dots which mark the way. We missed one junction on the steep path on the way up through the woods. There is some climbing over rocks and walking poles would be helpful for the downhill but this is walking not... More

Ordino is a beautiful town well worth a visit. This walk winds up around the town from the church in the middle of the town. the walk is at times steep but has beautiful views on the way up and back through the forest. this walk has beautiful views and though regarded as easy is maybe a little more difficult... We have walked lots of routes but for me this is the most beautiful due to the sceneries. It starts at Ordino town center then up up away. This walk is delightful, starting from the church in Ordino, near the tourist info center, and moving quickly into forest, uphill, and over some rocks along the way, with great views from open spaces.
