This is a road that takes us from Ordino to Canillo but unlike the main road, this road takes us through the wiggly waggly mountain road with a viewing point Roc de Quer and there are trails starting on this mountainous road.

This is one of those classic drives to do in an open topped sports car on a beautiful day. If you stop at the top there are a number of great trails from the easy to the difficult . Highly recommended including climbing to the top of the easiest major peak in Andorra Casamanya .

A truely wonderful cycle up Coll d’Ordino, 17 k & not much above 10%. Mostly 6%, no issues with traffic, great views , stop for photos of the roaming horses, total elevation gain ~1000 metres

Running from Ordino Village to Canillo Village this is a very steep ascent with many hairpin bends but once at the the Coll there are some magnificent views and walks plus some ideal picnic spots. Also at the top is the famous lookout that juts out over the void down into the valley. Not for the faint hearted! On the descent to Canillo it is equally steep with many tight hairpin bends and open edges so that one can see the drop down into the valley below.
At the Ordino end one has probably the best and most picturesque village in Andorra and at Canillo one has another very nice village with its own ice skating rink and ski lift which operates in the summer as well so one can make a full day of this trip.

you can walk from Ordino through the woods along the stream to the Col. There are picnic & BarBQ areas by the roads and at the top a open area with fabulous views.

Driving in a Lotus up and down this Coll is quite something. The scenery is spectacular even in misty rain.....

Coll d’Ordino is a nature zone located in the little country called Andorra. Here I came with my little child and we wanted to drive the road between Ordino and Canillo towns. The place was very beautiful and you could see very beautiful views from here. A very beautiful excursion in summer or spring times.

Normally I hate driving, but not on this road with its great views a great road surface. With very little traffic it makes for a wonderful drive in the mountains. As a bonus there are plenty of places to stop on route for a picnic, look at the public works of art , enjoy the views as you dive along the CS-240 between Ordino and Canillo.
I loved it so much that I immediately turned round at the roundabout in Canillo and drove back !
Note this is a summer attraction. In wet and snowy weather stay in the valley
