Niraa is an Integrated Wellness Center that offers holistic health care services in Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Yoga & Meditation. An advanced, authentic retreat and wellness center, Niraa’s team of healers consists of some of the best Naturopaths and Therapists in the country. The wellness programs at Niraa are designed to focus on both the physical and mental wellness of an individual. At Niraa, our mission is to achieve "Swasthasya Swaasthya Rakshanam" - To help a healthy person protect and maintain his/her health and managing or curing diseases (mind, body or both) that manifest in a person. Built with a vision to help people reconnect with nature the wellness center has everything one needs to find their inner peace while relaxing their body and mind. Located on the bank of River Hemavati, in the beautiful hill station town, Sakleshpur, Karnataka, Niraa is the perfect place to be in to relax and rejuvenate.

Being a software engineer, to destress and detox myself from my mechanical life, I was planning for a vacation which will rejuvenate my mind, soul and body. I heard about niraa wellness which was coming up near Sakaleshpur in Hassan district and visited once. The wellness centre is built in the middle of nature in western ghats and I'am sure I will be having the best experience. They have the best team of experts, who will help me in bringing the 'old me' back.
By seeing at the mission&vision of this wellness centre and the location, I was really impressed and eager to book my first appointment :)

Dr Shyam and team have taken good care of us for 9 days at Niraa. I have lost about 4.5 KG and BP is also under control. My wife's Thyroid problem also addressed to satisfaction.
Everything is very well here and staff are also very kind & supportive.
Location, temperature and altitude is excellent. Ambiance is beautiful at the proximity of nature.
Compared to Ahmedabad weather is super.

It’s an awesome place for naturopathy, ayurvedic and yoga treatment where customised care is taken for each individual person. Apart from the health care on a holistic basis, one can also enjoy a great hospitality and care in the serene and healthy environment. The stay arrangements are excellent and there is great value for money. I would any day recommend this place for body and mind rejuvenation. The overall outcome is simply fantastic.

I came here for my back issue which was problematic for me for the past 12 years. So much so that i had been struggling to sometimes get up too.
Dr.Arun and the yoga teacher Krishna kumar ji definitely helped me out in getting massive relief.
The place is so healing and so ecstatic, i would definitely come back.

We had an amazing experience at Niraa wellness, the food was very tasty and healthy. The staff were very helpful and polite. The therapy sessions and the doctors are very effective. Recommend this place for anyone who’s looking to recharge and experience a peaceful healthy stay.

Great stay. All the staff provided personal service from front office, therapists, doctors, yoga teacher, chef, restaurant staff as well as cleaning staff. The chef cooked some amazing dishes.
