Looks like it's not a happening place during April as no one was there when I visited.
No water but for the some stagnant water
Be aware that there are leeches hence take salt and a match stick box or a lighter to remove the leeches if they cling onto your body. I had few bites and a little blood out of my feet. Nothing much out there but if you really want to visit and check for yourself, over to you!

Even though am from Bangalore, have visited this place many times. Love the weather and a the walk in rain forest to reach those water falls.
This is short/smaller falls compared to others in Karnataka. You are rest assured to get a cold shower even in hot summer. Be careful about serpents in this place.
Earlier you could drive down till end point of falls. Now they have barricaded the vicinity and you have to walk a bit to reach the falls.
Travel and Transport.
Best way to enjoy the vicinity is to drive through the agumbe ghats. If u travel by bus you can reach humble and take a auto rickshaw to gates. If u wanna travel through train, you can travel to shimoga and the. Take a bus to Agumbe and then Auto. BIKERS AND CARS can easily drive to this place. Be aware you have to park your vehicle outside the gates and walk about a kilometer. Fill your fuel tasks before hand, you don't have fueling stations till 25kms.
Food and beverage:
This is a dense jungle, do not expect any vendor to place a stall in this vicinity. You have to carry your own food and beverage. Please take care, do not litter this place with plastic and papers. Beverages, please be sensible, sometimes family do come to visit this place. Let's not be a nuisance.
Extra care:
this is a rain forest and you can find serpents and would animals here. Be careful. We're entering their habitat let's not disturb them.
Photo shoots:
The best place for doing would life photo shoots. Take a good camera.

Jogigundi falls is a very peaceful place, little bit of trek inside the forest. However the destination is very pleasant and beutiful. Can spend couple of hours in the place.

We went to the falls but there was no water fall it was just stagnant water full of bugs and bacteria and just to enter the place you need to pay 180rs per person ,the path to the falls isn't cleaned for a month and you have to walk 200 meters just to get there. They are a big scam in the board there they have written 30rs per person but take extra fees for everything. They don't even have a changing room . You just wasted 180rs per person just to walk 200mts on dirty path and get to the falls but it has no falling water, the water is stagnant and unhygienic they don't even have a life guard. Take my advice and just go to kundari which is 15 kms for there and has better view and secenary.

This place is excellent for small trek and senery. We can find some black cobras too. It's risky swimming in the water as we found 2 cobras last time when we visited and 3 this time visit. It's a shooting spot too.

I recently visited this place in March 2015. There was not much water flowing, but we friends enjoyed playing in water.
The pond is 40ft deep, if you know swimming then you can swim across. if you do not know swimming don't worry, you can still play in water.
The place is situated amidst middle of forest and you will love it if you are a nature lover

You have to walk atleast 500m to reach the falls from the main road, but the walk amidst the jungle is exciting. We visited the falls in November when the water flow is little, but you can have a nice time clicking pics at the falls.

Falls seems to be non-existant, scanty water making it through. Saw some snake skin and a snake too. Would suggest to visit this place in month of Sept-Oct mid.

We visited the place during summer so there was no waterfall. But the small pond and forest around made the trip worthwhile. It was nice to just sit and experience the forest sounds.

Written 9 May 2017
It’s a nature's gift n currently free of cost. No tickets to this trek. Depending on your source of travel it varies. From Agumbe Bus stop to this place n back would cost you around 1000 inc.of food for2 and travel in Auto.
