My group of friends and I (there were 11 of us) and well in advance, i.e. the 31st of July, had booked 5 umbrellas and 11 sunbeds via WhatsApp for the day of August 15th. To be on the safe side, beyond the message, we called and they told us that the WhatsApp message was enough and that if we arrived by 10 in the morning they would guarantee us the reserved seats at a cost of 18 euros per person.
We arrive in the morning at 9 and all 11 of us pay the fee, they give us a yellow coupon so no invoice or receipt and so far we forget it. The shuttle takes us to the pine forest where the owner was waiting for us and told us that the reservation made was not valid because he had not given us the confirmation (which was not true because beyond the message we called to make sure that everything was going well). He only gives us 4 umbrellas and what's more, in two totally opposite points, he tells us "we've found the solution, okay?" No, that wasn't right... this thing is brought up and in very heated tones he tells us that he was wrong , but it was either this or nothing that would give us our money back and best regards, without even considering or hypothesizing that we had almost 60 km of road to get there. We didn't receive any apologies from him, only in the middle of the day did the boy in charge of setting up the workstations come to tell us that he would offer us a bottle of prosecco to apologise, a bottle which obviously never arrived. Nothing to say about the landscape and the sea view, but it's absolutely not worth it. Little seriousness, zero professionalism and total mockery because we understood that the rules change based on the advantages of the moment. I strongly advise not to encourage this type of tourism.

We went to Porto Badisco and after taking a tour we wanted to be comfortable and therefore book two sunbeds and an umbrella, we reached the place in question, staff without the basics of education, "thank you" "you're welcome" and "good morning" a 'utopia.
Afterwards we had lunch outside, and we got back in the car to be able to get closer without having to walk the whole way. In the car park, a staff member rants, saying that we had to present a ticket or receipt to prove the fact that we had paid €12.50 each. to which I tell him that no one had warned us but that I could try the purchase from the card app or that upon arrival I could show the receipt having left it at the umbrella, he says that he has no time to waste and that he can also give this service for free and that I shouldn't get upset (he was calling us beggars in a veiled way) to which I tell him that we don't get lost for 12.50 each.
I highly recommend an education and organization course because we personally will never go back.

Just the name and what it represents of the past, about the management, leave all hope ... times not respected, bad reception bordering on education, sunbeds on earth and dangerous descent to the sea even for the most trained!

The Grotta dei Cervi in Porto Badisco, at a cost of 15.00 euros per person offers parking for the car inside a pine forest, umbrella and sunbed. Access to the sea is quite uncomfortable considering that there are no stairs on the cliff. All in all, we recommend it.

Magnificent place overlooking the sea with pine forest behind, shame the reception by a rude gentleman, arrogant and decidedly unsuitable to relate to customers (on the contrary the shuttle driver is very kind and polite). So if you don’t feel like sending it to hell and changing destination, the location is worth seeing. With rock shoes and lots of patience!

Porto Badisco Puglia....a paradise on earth. You arrive in this nature reserve in a large parking lot, after watching a documentary about the caves a shuttle takes you to the shores of Porto Badisco. There are umbrellas on the rocks and also in the pine forest (much cooler) fast food service that also cooks more elaborate dishes. The only flaw bathrooms and showers really far from umbrellas in the dusty area... too bad. Experience recommended and for me to repeat.
