Perfect location for canoeing, snorkelling, swimming and walking along the shoreline looking out across the Strait of Otranto towards Albania.

Best experienced at dawn as the sun rises out of the sea ..unforgettable

Oh the cheese! We had an extremely enjoyable tour of the cheese making facilities here, guided by a lovely Scottish lady who is the manager there. She switched between English and Italian language perfectly! After seeing the goats and seeing the milking facilities etc, it was time to sample the cheese! This was a meal really with wine or soft drinks, bread and condiments provided with about 10 cheeses to sample plus 3 ricotta’s (including one we had just seen being made) - do try the ricotta with the honey they provide, omg it’s HEAVEN!

We visited the cheese farm two weeks ago - what an amazing place! We got to see the ricotta being made, had a tour of the fridges and farm then a brilliant tasting - all led by the lovely Connie. Everyone made us feel very welcome, and the cheese was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning location on a bleak landscape. Alone with a commanding position. Don't attempt to walk across if it is too hot.

Amazing location overlooking one of the nicest stretch of coast of Apulia. There are also hiking trail around but unfortunately not well signposted but the lack of trees and the vicinity to the sea make impossible to get lost, so don't be afraid of exploring.

This piece of coast reminded me a lot of Sardinia. In any case the valley is beautiful. there is also a pine forest and it is worth even just a ride the car to see it.
