Great hospitality. Very simple people hosting the Sunderbans Wild Camp, with great food (authentic Bengali fare) and limitless river cruises! The boat used for the cruise was excellent with a bed in the under deck for sleeping! The cultural programme hosted the evening was electrifying and created fond memories forever. Nirmalya arranged the whole tour for us in a very transparent manner and was very reachable. Everything was arranged properly (pickup from home, boat trips, stay and drop back at home).
Only thing that could be improved is the private jetty that Wild Camp stay has.

We went to Sundarbans in a group of 4 families altogether 10 adults and 3 kids. One very important thing with mentioning here about The professional approach of Tab Travels , combined with a constant effort to make each guest feel at home. We all are foodies, hence before we started our journey we had a bit of a tension regarding the quality of food and also the hygiene. I was amazed to see that these things were thought through well in advance by them. Courteous staff and team member, a very bright and smiling set of people who are always ready to cater to your needs ( some unjust demands too). Sightseeing at a reasonably leasurely pace (no one hurries you up), accommodation very decent probably the best available there, are few more notable highlights of Tab Travels. All the very best! Keep on taking excellent care of your guests and keep growing as a ethical Tourist Service Company. 👏👏👏👏

We had a wonderful one day trip to Sunderbans. The pick up and drop were good, the car was clean and comfortable and the boat was clean and well maintained. The breakfast and lunch on the boat was delicious. The sight seeing was very good and the entire boat trip was serene and comfortable.
With the several stops, we saw the many places through the watch towers. We were lucky to see a deer too.The staff were very polite and helpful. Our special thanks to Mr Nirmallya who was our contact person all through and made the trip a memorable one and responded to all our calls and queries. 🙏👏💐🎊

We were quite disappointed with this one day tour to the Sundarbans - it was very expensive for the services provided. The pick up from the hotel for the 3 hour drive was on time but in a small car and the driving was overly aggressive (at least there were seatbelts). The breakfast was very limited and for lunch we were given the leftovers from breakfast. Unfortunately the guide didn't speak any English (we were promised some English). I wouldn't recommend this company.

Awesomely organised trip. Great to go with friends. Cherrapunji, nongriat valley trek was superb. Dawki was great. Lovely places to visit in Meghalaya. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit.

We landed in Sundarbans during the post covid opening up not aware of what to expect. We searched google and came across these people. I would say we got a good guidance about the situation prevalent and took a short tour with stay option at the boat. They sanitized the boat before we got in which reassured us about the hygine. All 7 of us were checked for high temperature. We stayed there for only 1 night and enjoyed it very much.

I booked with them for 8 people in my family for one night two days trip to Sunderbans. They had mentioned a lot points for sightseeing, food and other arrangements. However, my family was not taken to the mangroves, neither to any point. Despite my family repeatedly calling these guys every now and then about the points mentioned in the package. Their guide came in late, poorly equipped about everything. Mentioned that they have not bought tickets for most of the points. The driver of the ferry taken did not know route correctly, ferry got stuck due to low tide for over 7 hours and only at 10 pm at night they could move back into the forests. Overall very poor experience. We had paid 50% advance. My family did not want to pay them the rest of the money but they kept on demanding full despite such pathetic trip. They were paid full amount. But I would not advise anyone to take tour with these people. Everything from our end was planned well. They made a mess of the whole plan. It was the worst experience for my family.

We completed our much awaited Suderbans tour with mixed reactions to take home. We went with the expectations of seeing the Royal bengal tiger and we're dissappointed. Animals we could see were few crocodiles, wild boars, spotted deers and water birds including the great egret and varieties of King Fisher in 2 and half days of boat ride.
The ride itself was very calming and sedative, all we did is eat and doze. The water and greenery, chicken and sea food gives you the kind of relaxation. Of course took lot of pictures of the few animals and birds when awake.
Bottom line is, make the trip to laze around, don't expect to see too many animals. Forget the tiger ; for our tour operator has sighted tiger 15 times in 10 years.

Dear Mam, You Booked a Tata Sumo For the Entire 4 Days Of Tour for Gangasagar, Kolkata Sightseeings, Sundarban Wildlife Sanctuary, etc. For sure we provided the transportation as per your expectations as you did not have any complain on the same.
For Resort accommodation also, you have no complains as you have not mentioned.
Food also you seem to have no specific complains as we have provided whatever was promised on our end or what was requested from your end.
Regarding the Sight Seeing or Jungle Safari you seem to have some complain.
Let take it up point wise.
1. We have not taken you to any Mangroove……. Madam you have mentioned about a guide who accompanied you. This guide is not from our side, he is allocated by the Forest Department, Govt of West Bengal. Also, you mentioned that you were taken to the jungle. So, you contradict yourself as the Sundarban Forest is A Jungle Made of Mangroove kind of trees which is all over the place. I think there is some misinformation about what you thought Mangrove is.
2. Regarding the other Sightseeing points, as you did not participate in the tour, please ask you family members if they were not taken to the following places as promised in our communications.
a. Jharkhali Tiger Rescue center,
b. Five River Confluence,
c. Sajnekhali Tiger Project, Watchtower, Nature Interpretation center, Turtle project, Bana Bibi Mandir, Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower, Dobanki Canopy Walk & Watch Tower.
Because the tour end at Dobanki Watch tower and then we return to land for transfer to Kolkata where your boat stuck due to low tide.
Regarding the phone calls your father called me twice after the boat got stuck in the mud and no other boat could approach it to rescue your family, we immediately informed the Forest department to guard the boat till the high tide, as there were high chances of tiger attack, which they did. Also all guests were moved to lower deck of the boat and locked from inside to prevent any mishap. Also refreshments and snacks were served to guest additionally during the time they were trapped in mud. Once the high tide came we got the boat free and came back to the hotel. Inspite of our hotel being fully booked we arranged their stay at nearby resort as it was late to return to Kolkata as per plan and arranged for dinner at the hotel. This additional night stay was charged, we only charged for the food.
We really regret the inconvenience caused to your family members, and request you to understand that this was an accident and not done intentionally. Your father and family members cooperated with us through out the entire incident and they did not make any complain as such to me or the people who were managing the tour.
Your Father nor did he mention about any payments and paid our all dues whatever. Nobody refused to make the payments and no one persuaded to make full payments.
