- Gabby WNorthampton, United Kingdom227 contributionsFantastic shopping centre for an evening activityGreat place to escape the rain or heat, or a great evening activity with all shops open until 10pm. Fabulous range of shops and eateries, only wish we’d had more time to check out some of the entertainment options too. A Bolt taxi from the centre of Phuket old town to Central Festival was very cheap.Visited September 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 22 September 2023
- nsyeunggHong Kong, China26 contributionsNew mall yet to be internationalLots of international brands here. Food mall food options are sufficient. Also a huge supermarket with great variety. Sweetest mango I have tried across Phuket in the small shops. I just think that there should be more restaurant options serving Thai food. Would have been a better experience if so but of course you can go to old town after shopping.Visited December 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 30 November 2023
- Bhavna Darira ChesanMumbai, India524 contributionsAmazing mall. For an island to have such a huge upscale mall, and so many stores, brands etc was impressive. I wasn’t expecting too much, but they had a lot of stores. I picked a nespresso machine too at a very good rate. Very good mall and lovely decorations as well for Christmas.Visited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 4 March 2024
- Patrick NGHo Chi Minh City, Vietnam6 contributionsJoyful time at CentralDamn, this place is really big, I might say enormous. Everything you need was in there, Adidas, Balenciaga, Gucci, Liverpool store and sports. For me, my favorite thing is the football store which contains lots of team shirts and shoes, I bought a France kit and it was great.Visited June 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 24 June 2024
- S4z3d4Blackburn, United Kingdom2,030 contributionsGreat indoor venueThis is a mall divided by a walkway. One side has luxury brands and the other regular brands. They have several food outlets and the ones on the non luxury side on ground floor have pizza company(pizza and pasta)/ Middle Eastern grill (tikkas/fakafel) and Prime burger. All halal. Parking is free for 3 hours and they have like a market on ground floor with fresh fruit etc.Visited August 2024Travelled with familyWritten 23 August 2024

A lot of people smoke near the entrances, in the parking lot, on the elevated passage between the buildings. They smoke right next to the forbidding signs about fines. No one fines them or even stops them. Mostly they are employees of shops and restaurants in the mall.
Flushing in the toilets is not regulated. The water from below pours over the person sitting on the toilet.
A strange design decision to hide hand-wiping paper in mirrors. It's hard to get it out of there. It either breaks into small pieces, which are then scattered all over the floor, or you immediately take out a large stack of paper that you do not need. The edges of the paper holder are sharp, you can even scratch your hand.
Automatic antiseptic dispensers installed in elevators do not always work. Often they simply do not react to the hand raised to them.
The cashier in the food court sits in a booth and even at the table in this booth. Between the customer and the cashier is a plastic screen that separates them in order to protect them from the coronavirus. Money and cards are pushed into a narrow slot under this screen. So all these cashiers are also small in stature. Sitting at the table, they can't reach their hand to the customer's hand to take the payment or pass the card. Customers are forced to stick their hands deep inside under the screen. At the same time, everyone of course touches this screen with their hands, which does not help the fight against the coronavirus in any way. What is this nonsense? Who invented this?

Terrible and rude staff. The online ordering was terrible. Lack of information coming and when came to store to pick up the staff could not tell if the whole order was there. 3 items on the check and 1 box they were less than enthusiastic to ensure it was all there. Staff are happy to cut in front of you in line to help another customer. Afterwards despite numerous attempts to be removed from the mailing list they still insists on sending emails. I was assured by customer support over email that my address was removed yet still continue to get emails daily.

We live about 25 minutes away and will come up for a half day or day to this mall. It is separated into two sides of the road (connected by a skybridge). The festival side is more reasonably priced restaurants (including a food court), banks, currency exchange and smaller store. The other side of the road is the Floresta side with more upscale shopping but that side also has an incredible food court where the prices are reasonable.
Festival also has an SFX theatre where we have been a couple of times. The prices are reasonable and the seats are huge.
Probably the nicest shopping air conditioned mall on the island.

We visited Floresta, one of two major malls in this complex; take the skywalk to the other mall, Festival. We were nearing the end of our tour and time was limited, basically only managed to browse the ground and first floors and enjoy a snack at one of the food outlets. We were handed a useful 'Tourist Welcome Back, brochure when we entered, this offered a range of discount coupons and gave a good outline of the complex and the various tenancies of which there are over 400 ranging from lifestyle to luxury. We were familiar with some of the brands, most not known in our home state. Interesting to browse the huge variety of merchandise on display; prices to suit most pockets from budget to sheer luxury. Staff at various outlets were engaging without being pushy. Worth visiting while in Phuket, could spend a day here with the variety and other attractions.

Wonderful place to shop, eat and enjoy a tea break. We spent most of our time at festival side and it has many well known brands similar to malls in Singapore but at more affordable prices especially for the food options. Fuji is a good place for Jap good in Thailand and we also had pepper lunch. The service is always warm and friendly from what we experienced. It’s walking distance to Decathlon and Big C down the road.

Shocking experience! We were in the shopping centre trying to purchase four pairs of Keen sandal that cost 4500batts each , between five of us we have to try to find the size that fits us, when we were almost complete our fitting one of us have decided to try swap to a size up as the one that have selected was a bit too small, we were told by the shop assistant that served us we can’t try any more as we have spent almost an hour trying the sandals, she was so rude and inpatient towards us. In the end we have decided to give up our purchase and go somewhere else that’s willing to provide a better customer service. In fact, the whole time we were there the two shop assistants (male and female) attitude was very poor. The lady that served us did not showed any interest and have been concentrating in playing with her mobile phone. We have been to Phuket many times, and every time we shop at this shopping centre to buy our sovereigns home, since Covid this is the first time we been back. The whole time we were there the shopping were so quiet with very little shoppers, most of the shop assistants including the two we were dealt with were hanging around doing nothing. They could have sold four pairs and even five pairs as the fifth person was deciding of Keen sandals to us if we weren’t treated that badly with no respect. As a matter of fact, the whole time we were there there’s no other customers around trying any shoes at the same time, it’s not like we were in the way when the shop assistants were too busy serving someone else. Besides, we believe it’s reasonable to spend a bit more time in fitting to find the most comfortable shoes that fit as it’s not a 200batt shoe we’re buying.
Coming from a customer’s point of view we believe a huge improvement is required for some of the staff that we have came across in the shopping centre. In a service perspective staff provide great customer service made a big difference to the success of the business. We found the shopping centre presents well, it’s a shame that staff weren’t trained properly as their behaviour and attitude towards customers certainly drove people away and creates bad reputation towards the business.

Is a very clean and modern place for shopping, elegant and many luxury brands.
At food court, it looks so nice, so elegant but not all the types of food are well done. We ate all family, in many areas of foodcourt and the food was not very well done, not perfect thai taste. Prices a little bit bigger than restaurants even, we are speaking about a mall area. But is a luxury mall, and very clean so i recomand just once , for trying!!

Nothing I haven’t seen before many times throughout the world. All these malls are the same. Overpriced brand-named stores. You’d be better off going to a local market. The food court is quite good, but the attitude of some of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. There are some local(ish) merchants on the ground floor, but even they are ridiculously overpriced. THB7000 for a Panama hat. Just crazy.
