Beautiful area of Gozo. Amazing crystal clear blue waters. The area offers plenty of watersports, areas for sunseeking and food and dirink just offside. Wonderful break from the grind!

Xlendi is quite a picturesque little place, sited at the head of a rocky inlet. The cliffs are quite impressive. There is a small sandy beach which shelves gently into the water,so probably suitable for children.Behind the beach is a short promenade lined with bars and restaurants, which was nice to see because we found in Malta and Gozo a lack of restaurants with a nice sea view. This small place is somewhat spoiled by development of tall modern buildings.Xlendi is easy to reach by bus from Gozo's capital,Victoria.

Beautifully clear sea in this sheltered cove. Quite built up hence 4 not 5 stars but as long as you look out to sea it’s a 5! Plenty of places to sit and to dive. Toilets nearby. Restaurant near beach. Great place to spend an afternoon.

This is such a lovely bay. The walk up the cliff and down into the cave is good and I loved the cave. Well worth a visit. There are plenty of nice cafes in the bay too.

This is a stunning place for a walk - easily accessible by bus and with plenty of places to sit and take in the views. It's not too strenuous either but anyone of average fitness - highly recommended.

What a surprise ! Low key port/village entrance then wow . Loved the way people swam and lazed about in the port area safely behind the ropes away from the boats . Lots of good place to eat and reasonably priced .

This perfectly-rectangular bay is lined on two sides with residential blocks and restaurants along the promenade. There’s also cordoned-off swimming areas with lifeguards and a concrete diving platform for the brave/show-offs. A variety of small craft are moored in the bay making it even more picturesque.

It's our third stay here in Xlendi and again, its always a joy. The bay is blessed with tranquil waters in the Summer. Perfect for swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving and all manner of water sports. The gently shelving bay is an excellent beach for small children and nervous swimmers, with crystal clearwater allows you to see all manner of fish and sea creatures to be observed. The limestone rocks of the steep sided bay, create a dramatic backdrop especially in the evening with the stunning sunset. If you are after a relaxing holiday and a relatively peaceful area ( the Gozitians are quite loud) then this is the place for you.

This area is great for those who enjoy a good view, walking or a range of water based activities. On both the public and site seeing bus routes plus has a public car park. Only problem was the noise from the on going building work, as with many places.
