A nice and quiet sandy beach found in the north of the island. It is quite reachable and good for adults and kids. There are a number of steps that you need to go down to reach the beach.

What can I say, bucket list ticked off the list, the water was a tranquil blue, saw some fantastic sea life snorkelling. The boat ride was excellent and the boat staff where very friendly.

This beach was so beautiful when we visited 3 years ago. Now it's full of trash. It even got a lot smaller, there's no space left for sunbeds on the sand.

It might have been when they named the place, now the view is of a hotel and ferry terminal. The 'beach' is 90% covered in seaweed. Not my idea of paradise.

This is certainly my favourite beach in Malta. Absolutely loved every minute spent here. Be sure to try go during the week when there are fewer tourists!

Basically it's a sandy beach. Swimming and sunbathing was my main activities. But there is a possibility to go on boat ride. And ride inflatable objects towed by boat.
