A great break from tourist uproar

A nice family run Aloe and Banana farm. A nice lady takes you on a hour long tour around the farm and explains how they grow plants on the island.

It is a little difficult to find, although just a few hundred meters from the main road it is not well signed. However when you arrive you are greeted with a Banana liquor and a welcoming member of staff. Ok so the "guide" that is advertised on the web page is a piece of paper but it is accurate and... More

it is mix of botanic park and Aloe park. nothing special. Prices of tickets are to expensive for what it is They also have museum where you can see cash desk from 90th and Singer's sewing machine. Don't have idea what they connects it to Aloe vera :S

I was very curious about aloe Vera. I wanna know how they harvest and make creme, gel etc. The lady who gave the tour was not very enthusiastic. She said what she have to say. It is in my opinion important to tell a story and look of everybody understands you. In the tour they give a welcomes drink. It... More

We headed as a family to Aloe Park as we had some time to kill before our flight and had read the leaflet to the place which made it look interesting with activities, animals, tours, plantations, gardens and more. My wife also has an interest in all natural products and was excited to go. We were wrong. A lot about... More

We went with no expectations, got positively surprised by the location and the "Tour guide". Lots of information about Tenerife and the canary Islands, history and local situation. In our case Absolutely presented by a pro with wit, and experience, highly entertaining. Small museum of machines in course of history and interesting story's how the first dromedary made it swimming... More

Thought this may be interesting as i am a fan of Aloe Vera products went on the local bus as quoted 15E for a taxi. But was disappointed at the place was very small and the tour rather boring and the products on sale no cheaper then elsewhere.

We came across a leaflet for the park in a tourist info place and thought that it seemed like an interesting trip. We got a taxi to the park but I think that would would also be accessible by bus, taxi was about €10 each way and entry was €12 for an adult, not sure of child prices. It was... More
