At Faia Brava Reserve we keep a photographic hide specially dedicated to the observation and photography of vultures, namelly Griffon, Egyptian and Black vultures. A unique opportunity to get very close to this scavenger birds while they are feeding.

We spent a wonderful day with Fernando who took us to a variety of wild and spectacular locations and showed us highlights of the local birdlife. Many different eagles and wonderful views (from above as well as below!) of vultures as well as smaller passerines....More
