The tourist information centre is just a short walk from the cruise terminal. It can get really busy but there is everything there that you can need. There are also toilets and a gift shop.

We had a nice eperiance in Flam. W e loves that part of Norway. Must to see! We visited an Office, store, and museum. They are friendly.

Was only in the center to buy tickets for the Ferry to Gudvangen, but the lady was very nice and quick. Found our packet lacked the Ferry voucher so it was a scramble to get the ticket. Made it in plenty of time.

The tourist office is more than helpful! I lost my camera there while on the nutshell tour. I contacted some gift shops - and managed to get connected. They went out, found my camera and shipped it to me in the US. Such fantastic service!

The tourist office was standard. The staff was of course helpful and friendly. They gave us a map and off we went.

Great Fjord views

This is a helpful TI that can make your limited hours there very useful. There are lots of things to do. Highly recommend taking the Flam Rail up to Myradel, renting a bike, and riding back down.
