The largest town square in Denmark outside København, Køge Torv is usually bustling with activities. The previous reviewer recommends visiting on Saturday for a fresh market. But when we were there on Friday, the square was full of tents selling discounted clothing, disappointing indeed.

The largest market square of the provinces and the largest medieval square in Denmark. Establih back in the 1200s. The market provides the setting for market sale of all kinds of items on Wednesdays and Saturdays, 8 to 15. you will find many good shops...More
