Good and Nice Temple. Neatly maintained. Temple was opened in the evening @ 5.00 P.M only, though i heard it will be opened by 4.00 P.M. One of the Divya Desam and Temple was quite good and can give the heritage feeling. Couple of flower shops available @ the entrance. Quite a far distance from Main Bus Stand. Recommend private car for family members. A few distance away from this temple is the Vallalar Shiva & Guru BagawanTemple. Lord Ranganathar in RESTING form and the view is quite big and nice. Small Goshala is maintained inside the temple premises. A story of how Moon got cursed by Guru Bagawan is displayed. Worth reading it.
Overall a worthy visit.

This temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams. The central shrine is of the presiding deity Parimala Ranganathar made of 12 ft (3.7 m) green stone and is seen in a reclining posture facing east. The consort of Parimala Ranganathar is Parimala Ranganayaki, who is also called Chandrasaapa Vimochanavalli and Pudareekavalli. The sanctum also houses the images of river gods Cauvery and Ganga and that of Santhanagopalakrishnan.

One of the divya desams. Peaceful and nice. The temple has several deities (main being Parimala Ranganathar(Vishnu) and goddess mahalakshmi), chakarathalwar, Lord Rama etc.
The features of Lord Ranganathar is a very eye catchy one. The Lord in relaxed position, the eyes and the sharp nose etc are worth seeing.
Overall a very enchanting experience

Very good Perumal temple. Its a shrine where Chandran got Paaba Vimoshanam. Temple ambience is good and a typical vaishnavite shrine. Don't miss the Hanuman temple just opposite to this temple.

This is an out of the world temple where Lord Vishnu is in reclining posture. One of the Pancha Ranga Kshetrams and Divya Desams as per Sri Vaishnava philosophy.
