You feel like coming to this place again and again. Though the road is rough yet it is worth the pain. The ruins reminds you of the glorious past/history and fills you with pride. A must visit for the first timers.

Apart from Nalanda University, these ruins are another site of academic excellence of ancient and medieval Bihar. It is a huge area mostly depicting Buddhist heritage. It is a well kept site. It looks like a monastery. Worth seeing.
