Patan, Gujarat, India 🇮🇳 Panchasara Parshwanath Jain Derasar.

Photography and videography is allowed with the exception of the deities in the sanctum.

Built around 746 CE
Dedicated to Shree Parshwanathji

Stunning architecture near the middle of a town. Beautiful colored deities in the sanctum. Exquisitely carved pillars, painted dome ceilings. Stunning place.

The staff is extremely kind. No public facilities. It’s hidden behind the road, unless you are looking for it, you won’t see it.

No entry fee. Remove shoes. Pay attention to dress code. Headscarf required into the sanctum sanctorum, which staff may provide for free.

This is a must visit place in Patan: (a) For tourists, due to its heritage building design, very soothing atmosphere of purity and cleanliness. (b) for the devotees and Jain: due to the rich and precious heritage idols of almost all our Tirthankars nicely placed in separate rooms.

Admist visit to rani ki vav,the locals informed of this temple and besides while moving on the roads, there were many sign boards prompting direction to this temple. This made our visit easier.Hope such boards are available for other points of interest at Patan.
During visit you shall be drawn for the vividness of colours and coolness of the idols at the temple.
Soothing and soulful experience during darshan.
Be blessed.
