If you want to inform tourists about the history of lemon and related sorts than make sure that the information is in English for a great part and not in Italian. The English part is very small and as a tourist who pays €2,00 for this visit you want to get a good info. It is not quite inviting for people who are disabled.

The views of northern Garda lake are superb from here. It is an inexpensive site which is just as well. as the name suggests, it is mainly lemon groves on the steep slope rising from the lake. Be prepared to see lots of lemon trees, and when we went in July, loads of lemons but he views are worth it.

Worth the short hike up from the town to see the lemon orchards. Really peaceful place and the information on offer was quite good. Amazing views over Limone and some great photo opportunities.

Although we have not planned to go to the castle, but we are glad to visit. The smell of orange blossom was amazing and you can smell all over the place. The place give a historical view of Lemon and Orange growing in area. You can verity types of lemon trees. Highly recommended for families if you are nearby.

Very interesting to see all the different citrus fruits and learn a bit about how they used to be grown. Definitely worth a visit

It's well worth paying the €2 admission for a short visit to this Limonaia. It's very well looked-after, gives you some stunning views and in the central Castel building you will find some insight into the history of citrus fruit cultivation in this part of the world (tip: good toilets here, too). Strolling past the lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit trees, you can imagine what most of the Limone shore was like at one time. Lovely.

Small place but very nice to see how lemons, oranges and other critics were grown in Northern Italy. I loved walking here, seeing trees full of lemons and smelling them and their flowers (good to know: May and April are not a good months to visit if you have pollen allergy). Also views of the lake and Liomone are really nice from here. The walk up the Castel is not difficult, but definitely not for mobility impaired folks. We visited in the morning and it wasn't very crowded. When you go down from the Castel the first gift shop you see is the most authentic one, different than the ones in the city (port area); I bought some good quality items, all lemon related.
