I'd really recommend a trip to the top. The views are amazing - obviously out to see, but also the views over Lindos are beautiful, it's such a lovely perspective which you just wouldn't see otherwise. We went early on to avoid the midday heat and to make sure we stayed away from the day trip crowds. It's not a... More

Acropolis of Lindos was amazing. We can see there a ruins and the downtown with many shops with local products and handmades. We took donkeys for my children, it was very cheap, only 5 euro for one donkey. A view was wonderful what we can see on the attached picture. Really must go!

Acropolis of Lindos is wonderful. But it's too hot and there is no even little shadow - all in the sun. It would be perfect - if you go there in the evening when it's not so hot , BUT "Acropolis" works only in day time...

We arrived at Lindos by boat and my husband and daughter got donkey taxis up to the acropolis while I walked and took photos. It wasn't too steep as the path winds its way up the hill. The views from the acropolis itself are magnificent, although a little but scary on the edge! The ruins are interesting although it would... More

It might be a little hard to walk up until the highest point of the Acropolis but I can assure you the view is unique.Besides, if you truly can't walk, just grab a donkey.!

The views are incredible, do recommend! Just ignore the poor donkeys, do not go on them, it's cruel.

Really nice walk up the hill and through a medieval fortress before emerging out onto the acropolis where you can see restored ancient temples and the ruins that are left
