The walk to the temple is breathtaking natural beauty. Wonderful mountain views and very scenic.

The temple itself is unassuming but the history around it is quite interesting. It took us 30 mins to descend, 20 mins darshan and 40 mins to climb back up

It was indeed a real experience visiting this temple, as some one mentioned earlier, this is not a tourist place, it's a holy place, there is a story behind this temple, which I don't recollect well, it is said that the shrine inside the temple is "Swayambhu"

This is not a tourist place, it is a cave temple which can be seen with a trek till the hill on the top. We went here when we were staying in Ranakpur. one can go from kumbhalgarh as well.

This is an ancient cave temple and can't be dated back as it is blived to have been built by Lord Parshuram himself to worship Lord Shiva. Situated at the foot of Aravali mountain ranges, this temple is not easily accessible and one has to climb a lot of staircases to reach the cave.
The historical significance makes this place an interesting visit.

The temple is actually inside a cave in aravalli hills of rajasthan. It is a serene place. Need to walk down about 1.5 Km. The descent is very steep with patches of steep steps. It is recommended only for people with great stamina to walk uphill and downhill. If any problems in walking then refrain. I was accompanied by 7yrs and 11 yrs kids but they walked. The path is scenic with the entire of Mewar in view. The path has lot of langoors. They do not attack though if you are carrying any eatables including prashad in hand, they will not hesitate to come and snatch it away.

It is very enjoying to go to Parshuram Mahadev Temple, temple is among hills and on height. If you have knee problem or face difficulty in walking than think before going. If you go in rainy season carry umbrella or rain coat with you and walk carefully on wet floor because it become slippery. Overall good place to visit. Om Namo Shivai.
