Very nice place for snorkling and watching fishes.
Price was around 100PHP I think, so no topic.
They drop some rice and then you are in a cloud of fishes.

Nalusuan marine sanctuary was a great site for snorkeling and basking in the sun. Various species of fish roamed all around you making your snorkeling experience truly memorable.
So what are you waiting for ...... get your swim gear and plan your trip, head out there and enjoy to the max !!!

!Trap! Went to an island hopping trip to Nalusuan Island with my family today. The island is nice, however at the entrance you will be asked if you want to pay entrance (400PHP/head) or if you will eat at the restaurant. As already planned with the boatmen, we decided to eat at the restaurant (1050PHP/head). Unfortunately they will charge, though their buffet is totally empty, they just refill the foods which are not empty anyway. When complaining they will just return your money and remove you from the restaurant. Still then before leaving disappointed, you will be charged for the entrance. Now back on the boat going back to the port with a not so good feeling as the boatmen is obviously involved (received cash&vouchers when we paid first at the restaurant). The manager is really aggressive, police (tourist police) on the spot not willing to help. So we paid the entrance for nothing. Just avoid those tours to “private” islands in Mactan. They say that the entrance is for Department of Tourism - Philippines but they are not able to issue a receipt stating it, receipt is only for the owner of the island... just really avoid it, if you ask me..

Nothing much here. You have to pay an entrance fee at which point they try to sell you their buffet lunch. During the day it’s Low tide and you’re better off snorkelling else where. Basically just a point to stop by for lunch while island hopping. Mostly Korean tourists.

Arrived on the island with 2 other friends, for 3 nights. The first night there was a total of 5 guests staying on the island. Second night it was just the 3 of us. The island itself is beautiful and all the workers were very friendly.
Accessibility: Be prepared to have everything you need as there is no store on the island. Or a way to leave and come back.Electricity is from 6pm-8am. WiFi is spotty and does not work well in the rooms.
Food: The food is not that great. Breakfast is complimentary. For lunch you can choose either the buffet or order from the menu. Dinner is from the same menu.
Drinks: The drinks are fairly priced. But not that great. The bartender took ages making our drinks so we stuck to buying cans of beer. The drinks were also not that great. (Ex I ordered a Long Island tasted like Rum and coke).
Activities: Snorkeling, kayaking, diving and parasailing are available. The reef to snorkel is dead and pretty small area. Don’t recommend coming here for snorkel.
If you want to feel like a millionaire having your private island then yes come here if not highly recommend going somewhere else.

My hands down. Best experienced ever for an island full of colorful marine life. Amazing. I lost count how many species of fishes and type of corals you will encounter. And I definitely comeback again to see and enjoy more.

There were lots of fish 10 years ago, so many snorkelers more than fish now !? If you enjoy snorkeling, choose a nice shop. The shop which organizes only this point has a program to serve a meal in the Korean restaurant on the island.

Amazing place to snorkel , they have a lot of fish from different colours. But we only come here to have lunch. Lunch Buffet Is a bit pricey 800 pesos per head same price at Vikings Buffet but this is in Island so it's fair. Less choices though. Snorkeling recommended! Food? xoxo follow me on Instagram guys... @ msfilipinatraveler1 :)

I came here in July and have an amazing snokerling, a lot of colourful fish, the colour of sand, water and beach is stunning. We spend more than one hour snokerling and having lunches in the restaurant. Another beautiful place to pose is their bridge to the sanctuary, where you can have kind of heavenly pictures. Be sure that it is very crowded, not a lost heaven someone expecting, and the entrance fee is 300 php.
