I was disgusted to think the Jinny Ring charged us £25 each and £12 for a child to attend their folk festival on Saturday 24th June. There was NO what I call folk music ! so this to start with was misinterpretation. To add to...More

The craft shops were very much as expected, i.e. incredibly expensive and not particularly inspiring. Although the glass-blowing workshop was impressive, but I didn't envy the chap working there - the temperature outside must have been approaching 90 degrees, so a couple of minutes inside...More

I used to visit the Jinney ring on a regular basis and as a designer maker the main shop used to sell my work. I was looking forward to my visit with a friend today to have lunch and browse the shops. This used to...More

The relatively new 'Hanbury Circular' walk has proved very popular and we are a 'spur' from it - it is a good mix of canal, parkland and woodland ...and if you come to us too 'tea and cake'! Glad you enjoyed your visit.

Came here for the first time today. Enjoyed browsing in the collection of shops, particularly liked the gift shop, ideal for a number of special occasions. Delicious hot chocolate in the restaurant with lovely views of the outdoor area.
