As I live in Dunblane, I frequently drive past the post box. In summer time it’s tricky to drive past it and not see a tourist getting their picture taken - well I say tourists? Of course us locals have our picture with it!! It’s...More

We went to Scotland for my birthday treat, my son absolutely loves his tennis, so this was a must I think it put the biggest smile in his face that weekend..He went to the Olympics and saw Andy play. So this was a Special Moment

Definitely worth a visit, lovely village, fantastic cathedral with amazing stained glass windows. Best of all the Andy Murrey Golden Post Box. The village is a step back in time with traditional butchers and small local businesses. A little bit of something for everyone.

I spent the whole day looking at Andy Murray's gold post box from every conceivable angle and I can honestly say it was the best day out I have had since the last day I was let out on my own!

Whilst walking round the town, came across the gold post box. Very striking indeed and well deserved for Mr Murry. Well maintained and an interesting thing to see.

The Gold Postbox was installed to commemorate Andy Murray's Olympic achievement which was a lovely gesture. It made us feel proud to be Scottish to stand in front of it and remember what he has done.

If you're in Dunblane you should really go find the post box and see it!! It's situated in an easy to find place and is right next to a few places you can visit while there.
