The park is very nice but for me it outstanding feature is the memorial. It is unique, thought provoking in its remembrance of the local mem/women who lost their lives in conflicts around the world.

The park is beautifully landscaped and has a really nice duck pond which is a great lace to take the kids. Located behind the museum right in the centre of Sunderland.

Visited with extended family, on a most beautiful day, lovely quiet, the greenery and plants were brilliant, our granddaughters loved watching the birds on the lake, as well as playing in the play area.
