Really good visit, all the displays were in Norwegian but I was given an English guide book free of charge. Spent two hours going around all the exhibits. The Germans did not have a big influence in Haugesund but this museum also covered areas beyond....More

Probably one of the best WWll museums in Norway. Nice and lifelike presentation, and a good collection of things. Opening hours is not the best, so check online when it is open, espesially outside summer months.

This is a great and cheap museum that shows Norway's contributions and actions in WWII. The biggest problem here is that not all the exhibits have English boards, so getting a guide is key. A guide will enhance your experience.
