Of course if you have a package you can spend as many time you want in both parks. The most important thing is to enjoy. Of course if you want to experience all attractions and shows you'll need a full day for the park (and missing al the other things that are to be experienced of course). But as I said, that is not as important then just have fun, no matter what you are able to do. Just make your priorities and do the things first you better do now then the next time, and park hop as much as is needed therefore without loosing too much time with it. Right now you should enjoy the birthday experience, enjoy spending time with your child, cause next year you'll visit he'll probably be older ;-) enjoy the seasonrelated activities and enjoy your hotel. You said you booked 3 days so I assume a 3 day package. But you plan on spending the 3rd day in Paris. If that means you have no intention to visit the parks on your 3rd day you can save a lot of money by changing your package to a 2 day package (if it's still at least 31 days before arrival and if you haven't booked a unchangeable offer) and booking an additional night RO. This way you'll make 2 bookings for both nights but save the offer for the first night instead of loosing it. Book asap the RO to have as much discount as possible. Pay attention, if you booked your flights together with your package they are probably linked and I don't know what the changing possibilities are in that case, but it won't hurt to give Disney a call and ask. Good luck!
