It's not Bangkok or Chiang Mai or any other high populated area of Thailand. It's in Cha Nat, or Utah thani City. This complex of temples are some of the most beautiful and amazing in Thailand. This was my second visit after my first about 3 years ago. It has grown and expanded even more. If you are traveling anywhere near, take the time to visit this.

The wat says everything by itself, worth a visit. A day trip from bangkok is possible if you leave the capital early in the morning. Uthai Thani has many attractions.

o me it is the most beautiful temple I’ve ever seen. Once you enter, you’ll be amazed by the beauty of it. I love how shiny it is inside.

This is a unique experience - would be difficult to find without a thai guide/driver but it is not far from the main road from Bangkok to the north and shouldn't be missed. Well worth the effort.

Wat Tha Sung or Wat Chantharam is an antique temple built in the Ayutthaya period. There are many massive buildings in this temple. The most popular attraction is called Wihan Kaew or the Glass Temple which is a well-decorated hall with glasses and crystals that made it shiny and splendid. There is 'Phra Phutta Chinnaraj', a sacred golden Bhuddha image, installed at the end of the pavillion. Considering the red carpet, the silver-stunning glasses decorations, and the golden shiny Buddha images, these three contrasting colours are the impressive combination with traditional Thai well-crafted interiors. It is one of the must-see places of Uthai Thani province.

What a stunning interior with the " crystal hall ".So many walls reflecting the mirrored pillars and chandeliers. The hall is closed over the lunch time for devotees to attend and not be disturbed by visitors.

Astounding - the exhibition once inside is mind blowing. Also to a portion of the lavish houses of worship of Bavaria, it goes a long ways past any inquiries...

This Wat is the most spectacular temple I have ever seem and I think my favourite. The crystals shimmer and the mirrors on the walls make it seem so much bigger although it is quite big anyway.
